• • The Associate Director, Growth Marketing will lead the Americas growth strategy by integrating marketing, sales, CRM, data, and AI into a unified pipeline engine that drives qualified opportunities and revenue impact.
• • Day to day, the role involves executing the Americas growth plan through targeted ABM, strategic partnerships, events, and scrappy demand generation tactics; optimizing performance using Salesforce, Pardot, and InfiniGrow; aligning with sales and client teams to break down silos; and nurturing prospect and partner relationships via content, events, and personalized outreach.
