- • Lead complex financial transformation initiatives for major healthcare systems, academic medical centers, and physician enterprises, driving performance improvement across revenue cycle functions including scheduling, access, and registration.
- • Independently manage end-to-end consulting engagements, including project planning, team leadership, client relationship management, and delivery of high-impact financial and operational improvements.
- • Partner with senior healthcare executives to identify inefficiencies, develop data-driven solutions, and implement sustainable changes that enhance financial performance and care delivery.
- • Mentor and develop junior consultants while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- • Contribute to thought leadership by identifying industry trends, shaping practice responses, and supporting the growth of Guidehouse’s Healthcare Financial Transformation practice.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 8+ years of recent experience in large healthcare provider settings focused on performance improvement, labor and non-labor optimization, and clinical operations, with significant management-level responsibility
- • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream projects and manage end-to-end consulting engagements from proposal to delivery
- • Strong financial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing C-suite and clinical leaders
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% to support client engagements nationwide
