- • Own the North American institutional revenue target for Keyrock, translating the global commercial strategy into a region-specific plan that grows our OTC spot, derivatives, financing and structured-product book with VCs, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices and private wealth platforms.
- • Act as the primary face of Keyrock to North American institutions—prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing complex multi-product deals while maintaining a 360-degree view of each client’s portfolio, risk appetite and strategic roadmap.
- • Build and nurture a high-value pipeline: source leads through warm introductions, conferences, referrals and data-driven outreach; qualify opportunities against strict revenue, credit and strategic-fit criteria; shepherd every deal from first call to signed ISDAs, CSAs and bespoke option term-sheets.
- • Deliver tailored financing solutions—secured and unsecured loans, repo-style arrangements, delta-neutral yield structures and cross-currency swaps—working hand-in-hand with credit, legal and trading desks to balance client needs with Keyrock’s risk limits and capital efficiency.
- • Design and pitch derivative structures—vanilla and exotic options, futures spreads, volatility swaps, accumulators/decumulators and capital-protected notes—translating quantitative analytics into crisp, risk-adjusted stories that resonate with portfolio managers and CIOs.
- • Translate real-time market intelligence into actionable insights: monitor macro flows, on-chain metrics, regulatory shifts and competitor moves; package findings into concise briefs that steer internal pricing, inventory and product-development decisions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with quants, engineers and compliance to launch new trading lines—e.g., tokenized-T-bill repos, ETH-staking yield swaps or NFT-floor options—ensuring each product meets institutional standards for liquidity, documentation and regulatory clarity.
- • Represent Keyrock at premier industry events (Token2049, Consensus, SALT, Managed Funds Association, Milken) and private roundtables, delivering thought-leadership keynotes that elevate brand equity and generate inbound demand.
- • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and revenue-forecasting accuracy; provide weekly pipeline updates, quarterly board packs and ad-hoc scenario models that enable data-driven capital allocation and risk management.
- • Mentor junior coverage colleagues and share best practices on structuring, negotiation and client-relationship management, cultivating a culture of relentless learning and ethical sales excellence across the global institutional team.
- • Champion Keyrock’s mission to accelerate the institutional adoption of digital assets—acting as both a revenue driver and a trusted advisor who helps traditional finance embrace the tokenized future safely and profitably.
