- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist at ElevenLabs, you will work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world customer challenges, helping to deploy voice and audio AI solutions that solve complex problems for global enterprises and innovative startups.
- • Your day-to-day will involve engaging directly with strategic customers to uncover their audio and voice AI needs, designing bespoke integrations, guiding implementation best practices, building compelling demos, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to translate field insights into product improvements.
- • You’ll be part of a high-velocity, impact-driven global team at ElevenLabs — an AI research and product company valued at $11B — where autonomy, experimentation, and excellence are prioritized over rigid job titles or hierarchies.
- • In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in applied AI, gain end-to-end ownership of complex customer projects, sharpen your technical and communication skills, and contribute directly to the evolution of ElevenLabs’ platform through real-world feedback and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including through student projects, side initiatives, or professional roles.
- • Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for scripting, prototyping, and demo development.
- • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and drive logical, optimal solutions.
- • A proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results in dynamic environments.
- • Adaptability to work across diverse customer environments, technical stacks, and use cases.
- • Technical aptitude to quickly grasp ElevenLabs’ voice and audio AI models and their practical applications.
