- • Lead the activation and scaling of Amgen’s Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) model across priority therapeutic brands, ensuring GEO principles are embedded into campaign planning, content strategy, and optimization workflows.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between enterprise-level AI partnerships (e.g., GEO partner) and brand marketing teams, translating technical capabilities into actionable brand-level use cases and measurable outcomes.
- • Oversee the end-to-end execution of AI-driven pilot programs—such as patient identification, diagnosis modeling, and media scaling—coordinating cross-functionally with Marketing, GCCI Media, GCCI WebOps, BAI, Medical, and Corporate Affairs teams.
- • Develop and institutionalize standardized playbooks, best practices, and scalable frameworks to operationalize AI-enabled marketing initiatives across multiple brands and markets.
- • Monitor, measure, and report on the adoption, performance, and ROI of AI-driven marketing programs, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform enterprise-wide scaling decisions.
- • Drive change management initiatives to embed new AI-enabled ways of working into the daily workflows of marketing teams, ensuring sustained behavioral change and high adoption rates.
- • Partner with brand teams to integrate AI-generated insights into creative development, messaging, and content strategies, enhancing personalization and effectiveness of patient-facing communications.
- • Manage day-to-day operations with external AI and data vendors, ensuring alignment with internal objectives, timely delivery, and adherence to compliance standards.
- • Identify, document, and disseminate scalable innovations and lessons learned across global marketing functions to promote consistency, efficiency, and innovation.
- • Gather ongoing feedback from brand stakeholders to refine AI tools, processes, and user experiences, ensuring solutions remain practical, user-centric, and aligned with marketing needs.
- • Contribute to defining the future marketer experience by identifying emerging capabilities required to advance AI adoption, and lead their development and implementation across the organization.
- • Collaborate with analytics, technology, and media teams to ensure AI-driven insights are fully integrated into marketing measurement, optimization, and reporting cycles.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to brand leaders on the application of generative AI, SEO, and digital marketing innovations to achieve business objectives.
- • Maintain a strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, digital analytics, and emerging AI-driven marketing methodologies to inform strategic recommendations and execution.
- • Translate complex data and AI outputs into clear, actionable insights that guide marketing decisions and drive tangible business impact.
