📋 Description

• The Associate Director of Affiliate at Pattern, Inc. leads strategic affiliate marketing initiatives to drive scalable growth for global brands across major ecommerce marketplaces, leveraging data and AI to optimize performance and revenue.
• Day to day, the role involves developing and executing affiliate strategies, managing partner relationships, analyzing performance metrics using proprietary technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reporting on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing strategy and execution
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
• Experience managing partner or affiliate relationships at scale
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart.com, or Target.com
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams
• Track record of delivering measurable revenue growth through performance marketing
