- • The Associate Director of Clinical Training supports the Applied Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program by assisting with practicum and internship oversight, student advising, and site development, playing a key role in ensuring students gain meaningful clinical experience aligned with professional standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting students with site selection and application review, monitoring practicum progress through evaluations and hour logs, advising on remediation plans, communicating with academic departments, developing and maintaining practicum site networks, conducting site visits, participating in strategic planning and faculty meetings, and teaching as assigned.
- • The Chicago School is a nonprofit, minority-majority university with over 6,000 students across 35+ degree programs in psychology, behavioral health, and nursing, committed to creating a diverse pipeline of professionals who improve community health and well-being through service and innovation.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in clinical training administration, strengthen leadership and interpersonal skills in diverse settings, gain experience in program coordination and site development, and contribute to student success and institutional mission while advancing their professional growth in applied psychology education.
