- • Lead end-to-end onboarding experiences for new higher education partners to ensure seamless transition from sales to successful product adoption of College Board’s Search, Connections, and Enrollment Solutions.
- • Develop and execute customized implementation plans aligned with the features available in each Search subscription plan to meet institutional enrollment goals.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to higher education clients, helping them integrate College Board tools into their admissions and recruitment workflows.
- • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support onboarding milestones, implementation timelines, and early adoption indicators.
- • Design and deliver engaging training programs (live, virtual, and in-person) tailored to diverse higher education audiences including admissions officers and enrollment staff.
- • Facilitate webinars, workshops, and presentations using Zoom and similar platforms to drive product adoption and user proficiency.
- • Develop scalable, self-service learning resources including guides, videos, toolkits, and LMS content to support ongoing client success and reduce dependency on direct support.
- • Apply instructional design best practices to create effective, user-centered learning experiences that improve retention and engagement.
- • Produce high-quality digital content including presentations, instructional videos, and digital assets using tools like Canva, SharePoint, and Drupal.
- • Contribute to the development and management of training content and learning pathways within a Learning Management System (LMS) such as LearnUpon.
- • Champion a high-quality customer experience across all onboarding, implementation, and training touchpoints.
- • Gather and synthesize client feedback to identify needs, improve training programs, and inform product adoption strategies.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Go to Market, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align training and implementation efforts with broader business goals.
- • Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment with frequent shifts in client needs and product updates.
- • Navigate ambiguity and translate complex product features into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical higher education users.
- • Utilize productivity and collaboration tools including Monday.com, Outlook, Slack, Zoom Webinars, SharePoint, Jira, and internal knowledge systems to manage workflows and communication.
- • Travel 3–5 times per year to support key events, team initiatives, and in-person client engagements as required.
- • Maintain a passion for expanding educational opportunities and contribute to College Board’s mission-driven work through customer-focused solutions.
- • Embrace a learner’s mindset by proactively adopting new AI-driven tools and digital platforms, and continuously improving through feedback and iterative learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 3–5+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, training, customer success, or related roles
- • Strong understanding of higher education admissions, enrollment management, and recruitment challenges and needs
- • Experience designing and delivering virtual and in-person training, including webinars
- • Proficiency with CRM and enrollment platforms such as Slate and Salesforce
- • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Highspot or LearnUpon
