- • As an Associate Director, Paid Media at Directive Consulting, you will be a key leader responsible for driving client success and team performance in a remote-first environment, directly impacting client retention, employee retention, and company profitability through strategic paid media leadership.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting client engagement goals, ensuring best practices across paid media channels (including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content), breaking down approval barriers by supporting strategists, and fostering accountability through proactive leadership, clear communication, and structured cadence with your team.
- • Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and tech companies, known for its Customer Generation methodology that prioritizes SQLs and customers over traditional metrics, offering services across Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategy.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced leadership skills in client management, strategic planning, and team empowerment while gaining deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing trends, AI and automation integration, and P&L accountability—positioning you for continued growth in performance marketing leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in paid media strategy and execution, particularly within B2B SaaS or tech industries
- • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve client goals, including NSM attainment and bookings targets
- • Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, accountability building, and cross-functional collaboration
- • Proficiency in analytics-driven decision making and storytelling to influence stakeholders
- • Familiarity with LTV:CAC modeling, Share of SERP, and Functional Content frameworks
- • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment using tools like Zoom, Slack, and laptop-based productivity platforms
