- • As an Associate Director, Paid Search & Social at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success and business growth by leading paid media strategies for SaaS and tech clients, directly impacting client retention, employee retention, and company profitability through goal setting, best practice enforcement, and barrier removal.
- • Day to day, you will set client engagement goals, ensure adherence to best practices in LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content, identify and resolve approval roadblocks with strategists, and build team accountability through clear communication, structured cadence, and proactive support to empower high performance.
- • Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and tech clients, known for its Customer Generation methodology that prioritizes SQLs and customers over traditional metrics, offering services across Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategy to help clients consistently hit SQL targets.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in paid media strategy, deepen your analytical and storytelling abilities in B2B tech marketing, stay ahead of industry trends including AI and automation, and contribute directly to NSM attainment, CSAT scores above 4.2, and $150k in bookings per half-year across your pod.

- • Proven experience in paid search and social media strategy, particularly within B2B SaaS or tech industries
- • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve client goals, including NSM attainment and bookings targets
- • Strong analytical skills with expertise in LTV:CAC modeling, Share of SERP, and performance metrics
- • Leadership experience in guiding teams, removing roadblocks, and fostering accountability without micromanaging
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client and internal team alignment
- • Commitment to staying current with industry trends, including AI and automation in marketing
