• • As an Associate Director, Paid Search & Social at Directive Consulting, you will lead client strategy and team performance in a remote-first environment, directly impacting client retention, employee growth, and company profitability through data-driven paid media initiatives.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting client engagement goals, ensuring best practices across paid search and social channels (including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content), identifying and removing strategic roadblocks, and providing proactive leadership to your team of strategists through clear communication, accountability, and empowerment.
• • Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and tech clients, known for its proprietary Customer Generation methodology that prioritizes SQLs and revenue over vanity metrics. • • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in paid media strategy, client leadership, and performance analytics while contributing to measurable business outcomes such as NSM attainment, CSAT scores above 4.2, and $150k in bookings per half-year.
