• • The Associate Director – Project Management – Healthcare is a senior delivery leader responsible for owning end-to-end execution of complex, multi-workstream healthcare engagements, ensuring strategy is translated into measurable financial and operational results.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading engagement delivery, managing integrated workplans and dependencies, serving as the primary interface with senior client executives and Steering Committees, establishing governance structures, managing scope and risk, tracking benefits realization tied to EBITDA or quality metrics, and coaching PMO and project support staff.
• • BRG’s Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice provides end-to-end advisory support to healthcare providers, payers, investors, and stakeholders navigating strategic, operational, financial, and clinical challenges, with core offerings in Business Transformation Advisory, Margin & Operational Improvement, Clinical & Quality Transformation, and AI & Digital Solutions.
• • The person in this role will develop deep expertise in healthcare transformation disciplines such as workforce productivity, supply chain, revenue cycle, managed care, physician enterprise, strategy, and care transformation, while advancing leadership in executive client engagement and driving sustainable performance improvement for complex healthcare enterprises.
