- • As an Associate Director, Strategy at Real Chemistry, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategy to drive growth and enhance brand equity for healthcare clients, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape impactful campaigns.
- • Day to day, you will lead brand positioning and messaging, develop creative briefs, conduct market research and competitive analysis, design and facilitate workshops, establish KPIs for brand initiatives, and provide strategic mentorship to team members while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- • Experience in Brand Strategy or related roles within an advertising agency, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies
- • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly and compellingly
- • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
