📋 Description
- • Lead strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth and product expansion across HighLevel’s global SMB and agency customer base.
- • Analyze product usage patterns, customer segmentation, and monetization metrics to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
- • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and retention.
- • Develop and own key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, customer lifetime value (LTV), churn, and feature adoption.
- • Translate complex data insights into actionable strategic roadmaps that align with HighLevel’s mission of simplifying business operations for millions of SMBs.
- • Evaluate new market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends in AI-powered business operating systems to inform product evolution.
- • Partner with regional leadership to tailor growth strategies for key markets across 150+ countries where HighLevel operates.
- • Present strategic findings and recommendations directly to executive leadership, influencing product prioritization and investment decisions.
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of growth experiments, from hypothesis formulation to impact measurement and scaling.
- • Leverage HighLevel’s infrastructure of 2.5 billion daily message events and 250+ microservices to uncover behavioral patterns that drive revenue.
- • Work closely with customer success and support teams to understand pain points and translate them into product-led growth initiatives.
- • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on growth objectives and execution timelines.
- • Monitor and report on the impact of strategic initiatives using real-time data from HighLevel’s 250 terabytes of distributed data systems.
- • Drive initiatives that contribute to HighLevel’s goal of enabling over 1.5 billion monthly messages and 20 million monthly conversations for SMBs.
- • Ensure all growth strategies are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with HighLevel’s remote-first, ownership-driven culture.
- • Champion data-informed decision-making across teams, promoting transparency and accountability in growth planning.
- • Support the scaling of HighLevel’s ecosystem value, which has already generated over $7 billion in customer-generated value.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in revenue strategy, product growth, or business development within a SaaS or technology platform environment
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze large-scale behavioral data (e.g., API usage, event volumes, customer segmentation) to drive growth decisions
- • Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that directly impacted revenue or product adoption metrics
- • Experience working in a global, remote-first organization with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- • Expertise in building and owning KPIs related to customer retention, LTV, churn, and monetization
- • Ability to translate complex technical systems (e.g., microservices, distributed data architectures) into strategic business insights
