- • Lead and manage a team of Clinical Research Leads (CRLs) within the United States to ensure clinical trials in cardiometabolic health are executed according to scientific objectives, timelines, budget, and local requirements.
- • Drive clinical trial execution by overseeing investigator qualification, enrollment performance, on-time database locks, and vendor oversight for site monitoring activities.
- • Provide leadership in organizational strategy by aligning team objectives with clinical development priorities, managing resource flexibility, and fostering a culture of quality, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement.
- • Manage people and talent by coaching CRLs, establishing performance plans, attracting and retaining top talent, and promoting inclusion and innovation within a diverse team.
- • Engage externally with regulatory bodies (e.g., MoH, ERBs) to ensure compliance with country-specific clinical trial requirements and share insights across functions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a scientific or health-related field
- • 5 years of experience in Clinical Trials/Development with working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice
- • Demonstrated direct-line people leadership skills with ability to influence, achieve results through others, and lead across the business
