📋 Description
- • Work with a diverse team of people from all over the world to build curriculums and associated training materials to support internal and external training needs.
- • Partner with engineering and product management to understand technical capabilities and develop content to enable technical audiences to understand how to best leverage those capabilities.
- • Produce quality learning content including presentation slides, instructor guides, lab instructions, assessment and credential questions, videos, and course descriptions for both web-based training and instructor-led training.
- • Deliver in-person and virtual instructor-led training offerings to diverse audiences, including engineers, solutions architects, managers, and operations personnel.
- • Analyze customer training requirements.
- • Develop appropriate learning objectives and test methods.
- • Develop flow diagrams and storyboards.
- • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
