- • This position is ideal for a highly motivated, collaborative, and scientifically driven professional with a deep understanding of immunology and a proven track record in translational research and medicine.
- • You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our autoimmune disease pipeline, contributing to the development of innovative treatments that address unmet medical needs.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the clinical biomarker lead for selected immunology programs, taking ownership of the design and execution of sophisticated, mechanism-driven clinical biomarker strategies.
- • These strategies will be critical in informing crucial clinical decisions, including patient selection, dose and regimen optimization, and overall clinical development pathways.
- • You will provide essential translational and biomarker leadership across the entire spectrum of clinical development, acting as a core, contributing member of cross-functional development teams.
- • Your expertise will help propel early- and late-stage programs forward through the application of cutting-edge biomarker and translational approaches.
- • You will be the key point of contact for all biomarker-related aspects for your assigned immunology/autoimmune clinical programs and studies, liaising effectively with diverse cross-functional study teams.
- • A significant part of your role involves developing and implementing comprehensive translational and clinical biomarker strategies that are meticulously designed to support robust clinical development.
- • This includes a focus on pharmacodynamic biomarkers, mechanism-related biomarkers, optimizing drug dosage and regimens, and enabling effective patient stratification.
- • You will also contribute to the development of companion diagnostic (CDx) strategies where appropriate, ensuring alignment with clinical and regulatory objectives.
- • A critical function will be the interpretation and clear communication of complex clinical biomarker data, providing essential insights to guide study execution and support key program decisions.

- • You will lead the development of biomarker-related content for clinical protocols and all associated documentation, ensuring strict alignment with overarching clinical objectives and stringent regulatory expectations.
- • Coordinating the activities of external vendors and partners who are supporting vital biomarker and translational activities will be a key responsibility, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.
- • You will proactively identify translational and biomarker gaps within programs and contribute to targeted research efforts designed to strengthen underlying clinical hypotheses and validate novel approaches.
- • Your deep expertise in immunology and autoimmune diseases will be leveraged to guide the selection and interpretation of biomarkers across multiple clinical programs, ensuring scientific rigor and strategic alignment.
- • You will play a role in disseminating scientific findings by contributing to scientific publications and external communications, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to share our advancements with the broader scientific community.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of patients by contributing to the development of groundbreaking therapies in the challenging field of immunology and autoimmune diseases.
- • You will be part of a dynamic, global, science-driven biopharmaceutical company that is committed to pushing the boundaries of medical innovation.
