- • You will collaborate closely with our dedicated Education team and colleagues across the entire organization, bringing your unique perspective, creative ideas, and expertise to the forefront. While no two days are exactly alike, your responsibilities will span the entire learning lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and ongoing enhancement.
- • A core aspect of your role will involve supporting and contributing to the end-to-end design and build of learning programs. This includes crafting compelling narratives that resonate with learners and training managers alike, and crucially, articulating the 'so what?' – the tangible value and practical application of the knowledge being imparted. You will be adept at translating complex subject matter into accessible, engaging, and actionable learning content.
- • We embrace a multi-channel approach to learning delivery. Your work may involve creating content for face-to-face workshops, live online sessions, and on-demand digital modules. This flexibility ensures we can reach our diverse audience effectively and cater to different learning preferences and logistical constraints.
- • You will play a vital role in refreshing, enhancing, and evolving our existing Elliptic Learn products, ensuring they remain current, relevant, and impactful. Simultaneously, you will contribute to the development of entirely new learning initiatives, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in crypto education.
- • The creation of learning materials will be diverse, ranging from straightforward 'knowledge delivery' modules designed to impart foundational understanding, to more immersive, scenario-based practical exercises that allow learners to apply their knowledge in simulated real-world situations. This blend of theoretical and practical learning is key to fostering true mastery.
- • A significant part of your contribution will be focused on developing product-based learning content. This will support and certify users of Elliptic's cutting-edge blockchain analytics solutions, ensuring they can leverage our tools to their fullest potential.
- • You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the testing and deployment of new technologies aimed at enhancing the learner experience. We encourage you to bring your own innovative ideas to the table, helping us stay at the forefront of educational technology.
- • This role involves working closely with industry-leading Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), leveraging their deep knowledge to create accurate and authoritative content. You will also have direct contact with customers and learners, providing support and gathering feedback to continuously improve their learning journey.
- • Furthermore, you will be involved in the day-to-day operational aspects of the Elliptic Learning Management System (LMS) and wider learning programs, ensuring smooth delivery and a positive user experience.
- • To thrive in this role, you should possess experience in B2B and B2C learning creation, with a proven ability to develop and deploy learning across multiple delivery channels. Collaboration is key, so you should enjoy working with diverse teams and experts. Comfort in communicating directly with customers and learners is essential, as is prior experience with an LMS and a keen eye for optimizing the learner experience.

Experience in content sourcing, research, and curation is also a significant advantage.

- • Proven experience in B2B and B2C learning creation, with a portfolio demonstrating successful development and deployment across multiple delivery channels (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led, virtual live).
- • Strong ability to translate complex subject matter into clear, engaging, and actionable learning content, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and a strong understanding of user experience principles within a learning context.
- • Demonstrable creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving.
