- • As a Content Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable revenue growth for enterprise B2B clients by developing and executing data-informed content strategies aligned with the company’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology, directly impacting pipeline, SQLs, and long-term brand scalability in competitive SaaS and B2B markets.
- • You will own end-to-end client strategy development and execution, including conducting deep-dive audits, setting NSM-aligned goals using Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and CRM data, crafting creative briefs rooted in competitor and audience insights, and continuously optimizing strategies through LTV:CAC modeling, Share of SERP analysis, and content production best practices to ensure clients exceed performance benchmarks.
- • Your day-to-day will involve proactive project management using Asana to delegate tasks to internal specialists and client stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of content campaigns while maintaining quality standards, collaborating with writers and designers, and partnering with Project Managers where applicable to track progress, manage dependencies, and communicate timelines transparently.
- • You will serve as the primary client liaison, building trusted, consultative relationships through regular bi-weekly check-ins, monthly and quarterly reporting, and bi-annual business reviews, while proactively surfacing roadmaps, growth opportunities, and account changes via Slack and Zoom to internal leadership and clients alike.
- • Directive Consulting is a remote-first, elite B2B performance marketing agency renowned for transforming marketing from a cost center into a revenue engine—where your strategic expertise will directly contribute to client retention (96% MRR), satisfaction (CSAT > 4.2), and expansion through upsells, cross-sells, and referrals, all while working alongside high-performing teammates who challenge the status quo and prioritize impact over activity.
- • In this role, you will master the integration of SEO, content strategy, and revenue operations at scale, gain exposure to cutting-edge AI and automation applications in marketing, and develop leadership skills in client advisory, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven storytelling—positioning you as a trusted growth architect in the evolving B2B landscape.

- • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to interpret traffic, rankings, and technical SEO data
- • Demonstrated agency experience with client-facing responsibilities, including managing enterprise accounts, leading strategy sessions, and owning end-to-end content campaign delivery
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable presenting complex strategies to C-level stakeholders and building long-term relationships built on trust and transparency
