• • The Associate Event Technology Manager at FIRST will represent the brand within the Solutions division, overseeing technology-driven event operations to deliver seamless client experiences.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing event registration websites and apps, managing databases for accurate attendee data, coordinating client communications (invitations, confirmations, surveys), managing onsite registration logistics, collaborating with project teams, liaising with technology vendors, and providing insights on user experience for virtual and in-person events.
