📋 Description
- • Lead Professional Services, Project Delivery, and Technical Account Management functions for the Americas region (NAM & LATAM); define KPIs and drive performance
- • Partner with Sales on pre-sales activities (RFPs, proposals, strategic deal structuring)
- • Own regional financials, including revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction
- • Manage delivery of complex implementations, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and quality standards
- • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team spread across both NAM and LATAM
- • Develop resource planning strategies aligned with business growth
- • Drive process improvements, tools, and service offerings
- • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
- • Maintain reporting on delivery performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience leading teams responsible for enterprise software solutions delivery
- • Proven experience managing complex implementations for MSPs or enterprise customers
- • Technical expertise in cybersecurity, RMM, backup, disaster recovery, storage, or infrastructure
- • Strong operational management, project management, consulting, technology, and process improvement skills
- • Strong business and financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, revenue targets)
- • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (including C-level)
