Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Join a 25-year-strong, AI-first global tech company that has delivered 500+ active projects for Fortune 500 giants like HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks. As an Associate Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be embedded in a distributed, high-performing squad of 2,000+ engineers who ship production-grade software every day.
- • Own end-to-end feature delivery on cloud-native applications built with .NET 6+, Angular 14+, and Azure PaaS services. You will write clean, testable C# code for RESTful APIs, craft responsive Angular components, and configure Azure Functions, App Service, Cosmos DB, and Service Bus to ensure 99.9 % uptime for millions of end-users.
- • Collaborate in agile, two-week sprints alongside product owners, UX designers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers. Daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint retros are run in English across multiple time zones, giving you exposure to global best practices and the chance to influence product roadmaps from day one.
- • Leverage AI-assisted development tools—GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, and internal ML models—to accelerate coding, detect regressions, and optimize performance. You will be expected to experiment, measure, and share what you learn in weekly guild sessions that shape our engineering standards.
- • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (YAML-based) that compile, test, scan, and deploy microservices to AKS and Azure Container Apps. You will add automated quality gates, canary releases, and blue-green deployments to reduce mean time to recovery (MTTR) to under 15 minutes.
- • Implement observability using Application Insights, Log Analytics, and custom dashboards to track SLIs/SLOs. When alerts fire, you will participate in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation, perform root-cause analysis, and document post-mortems that prevent recurrence.
- • Contribute to secure-coding initiatives: threat modeling with OWASP Top 10, dependency scanning with WhiteSource, and secret management with Azure Key Vault. You will champion privacy-by-design and help achieve SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance for every release.
- • Refactor legacy monoliths into scalable micro-frontends and microservices. You will apply domain-driven design (DDD), event sourcing, and CQRS patterns to reduce coupling and enable independent deployability, cutting release cycles from weeks to hours.
- • Write unit, integration, and contract tests achieving >80 % code coverage using xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, and Cypress. You will pair-program with senior engineers to enforce TDD and ensure every pull request passes quality thresholds before merging to main.
- • Optimize cloud spend by rightsizing VMs, tuning Cosmos DB RU/s, and implementing auto-scaling policies. You will track cost per transaction and present monthly savings reports to leadership, directly impacting EBITDA and client renewal rates.
- • Mentor junior developers through code reviews, lunch-and-learns, and 1:1 coaching. You will create reusable component libraries, architectural decision records (ADRs), and internal wikis that scale knowledge across 50+ project teams.
- • Engage directly with client stakeholders during sprint reviews, translating business requirements into technical tasks. Your demos will influence multi-million-dollar product decisions and strengthen long-term partnerships with iconic brands.
- • Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging tech—.NET 8 AOT, Angular Signals, Azure Container Apps, Dapr, and GitHub Advanced Security—and running proof-of-concepts that keep our stack modern and competitive.
- • Enjoy a truly remote-first culture: choose your own workspace, flexible hours, and asynchronous communication via Slack, Miro, and Notion. Quarterly virtual off-sites and optional regional meetups foster camaraderie without sacrificing work-life balance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of professional experience developing web applications with .NET Core (C#) and Angular (TypeScript)
- • Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure: App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, and ARM/Bicep templates
- • Solid grasp of RESTful API design, Entity Framework Core, and SQL/NoSQL data modeling
- • Nice-to-have: familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks (xUnit, Cypress)
🏖️ Benefits
- • 100 % remote work with flexible hours and a results-only work environment (ROWE)
- • Annual professional development budget of $2,500 for courses, conferences, and certifications
- • Premium health, dental, and vision insurance for you and eligible dependents
- • 20 days PTO plus 10 company holidays and quarterly mental-health days
