🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in email marketing, particularly in B2B or growth-focused roles.
- • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools.
- • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for engaging email sequences.
- • Ability to analyze metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns based on data.
- • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- • Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
