- • Support real estate private equity fund administration and investor services clients using Juniper Square’s software platform.
- • Perform workspace management tasks including investor position creation and reviewing workspaces for accuracy and completeness.
- • Manage treasury-related activities such as logging limited partner (LP) contributions and processing payments on behalf of clients.
- • Investigate payment breaks, chargebacks, and exception items, coordinating with bank partners to resolve issues and fulfill ad-hoc requests.
- • Assist clients during fundraising cycles by understanding their goals and timelines, and articulating the value of Juniper Square’s processes and technology.
- • Monitor client health and provide actionable feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- • Balance client requests with adherence to defined scope of work and service level agreements (SLAs).
- • Identify and flag opportunities for operational improvement, including enhancements to controls, workflows, and compliance procedures.
- • Build deep knowledge of Juniper Square’s evolving software and the real estate private equity industry to deliver informed client support.
- • Act as a trusted generalist partner to clients, handling a broad range of fund administration tasks with precision and accountability.
- • Maintain high standards of integrity and consistently prioritize client and business interests in all interactions.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams through written and verbal channels.
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, ambiguous situations, and evolving client needs with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing operational enhancements based on client feedback and internal observations.
- • Work primarily during Pacific or Mountain Time business hours to align with client and team schedules.
- • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of fund administration and investor services across the platform.
- • Utilize Juniper Square’s AI-powered platform, JunieAI, to enhance workflow efficiency and client outcomes.

- • 1+ years experience in fund administration or investor services related roles
- • High level of integrity and commitment to doing the right thing for clients and the business
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to be a self-starter: identify problems and take ownership of finding and implementing solutions
- • Highly flexible and adaptable to change; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while staying close to details
