- • As an Associate Implementation Specialist at Ashby, you will own the technical configuration for new customers, partnering with senior specialists to confirm requirements, lead tailored platform setup, define testing plans, and document configurations for post-launch optimization.
- • Day to day, you will execute implementation project plans, communicate progress with stakeholders, ensure customer accountability, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align on deliverables and mitigate risks.
- • You will join Ashby’s growing Professional Services team within the Customer Success organization, where small, highly capable teams prioritize ownership, clear communication, and deep expertise to drive customer value through thoughtful, collaborative implementation.
- • This role offers a clear pathway to senior Implementation Specialist positions, allowing you to build deep expertise in a complex SaaS product, develop consulting and change management skills, and grow your impact as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience contributing to or owning implementation projects for complex SaaS products, including managing project plans, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results on schedule.
- • Strong customer-centric mindset with ability to understand enterprise needs, build relationships, and act as a proactive guide during technical configuration, preferably with familiarity in Talent Acquisition processes.
- • Solid technical proficiency and curiosity to learn and navigate complex products, with the ability to think critically, anticipate impacts, and recommend solutions with risk mitigation strategies.
