- • The Associate Implementation Specialist - EMEA role at Ashby is critical to helping customers bridge the gap between potential and actual value by owning the technical configuration of new customer implementations in the EMEA region.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with Implementation Specialists to confirm customer requirements, leading tailored configuration of native platform functionality, defining and executing testing plans ahead of go-live, and documenting final configuration choices for post-launch optimization and visibility.
- • As part of Ashby’s growing EMEA Professional Services team within the Customer Success organization, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure aligned delivery and customer success.
- • This role offers a clear pathway to grow into a senior Implementation Specialist position, allowing you to deepen your expertise in complex SaaS implementations, develop consultative and technical skills, and gain ownership over customer-facing projects that drive measurable value.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience contributing to or owning implementation projects for complex SaaS products, including managing project plans, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results on schedule.
- • Strong customer-centric mindset with ability to understand enterprise needs, tailor configurations, and build trusted relationships through proactive communication and empathy.
- • Solid technical proficiency and curiosity to learn and navigate complex platforms (experience with Ashby or similar systems preferred), with ability to troubleshoot and advise on best practices.
