- • The Associate, Influencer Marketing (Junior) role at DEPT Holding B.V. supports the execution of creator-led campaigns that blend storytelling, data, and technology to help global brands show up in culture through authentic influencer partnerships.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and collaborating with creators, supporting campaign execution across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Meta, assisting with influencer outreach and contract tracking, coordinating legal and financial paperwork, compiling talent recap reports, and managing coordination for 3–5 concurrent client campaigns.
- • DEPT® is a B Corp-certified, pioneering technology and marketing services company with 2,500+ digital specialists across 30+ locations on 5 continents, working with ambitious global brands such as Google, KFC, Philips, Audi, Twitch, Patagonia, and eBay, delivering integrated digital experiences with a boutique culture.
- • In this role, you will develop foundational expertise in influencer marketing strategy and analytics, gain hands-on experience with creator relationship management and campaign coordination, and build a perspective on how to connect brands and creators in scalable, impactful ways while working within a purpose-driven, inclusive team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of work experience in casting, influencer marketing, social media, or a related marketing field
- • Foundational knowledge of major social platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and X/Twitter
- • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask, pay high attention to detail, and manage schedules and timelines effectively
