- • Support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and improvement of enterprise infrastructure systems across on-premises datacenters and cloud environments.
- • Ensure core infrastructure systems—including compute, identity, storage, and virtualization—are stable, secure, and scalable.
- • Contribute to infrastructure buildouts and system improvements to meet evolving business and technical requirements.
- • Participate in automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions that support company-wide applications and services.
- • Monitor infrastructure performance and respond to incidents to minimize downtime and maintain service levels.
- • Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
- • Apply security best practices to infrastructure components to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
- • Work with cloud platforms and on-premises systems to optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency.
- • Assist in the deployment and management of infrastructure tools and platforms used across the organization.
- • Engage in capacity planning to anticipate future infrastructure needs and scale systems proactively.
- • Maintain awareness of emerging infrastructure technologies and evaluate their potential adoption for organizational benefit.
- • Follow established change management protocols when implementing updates or modifications to production infrastructure.
- • Provide technical support to internal teams experiencing infrastructure-related issues.
- • Contribute to incident post-mortems and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- • Work within a hybrid environment that includes both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure components.
