- • The Associate Manager, B2B Performance Marketing role at DoorDash is critical to driving growth for the Restaurant suite of products in the US and Canada by attracting and educating SMB merchants through paid media campaigns.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid media buys across Facebook, Instagram, and Paid Search, optimizing campaigns for lead generation and ROAS, leading measurement initiatives, managing a small team of paid media specialists, and partnering cross-functionally to scale performance marketing efforts.
- • The B2B Growth Marketing team supports Merchant Acquisition, Commerce Platform, DoorDash for Work, and New Verticals, operating as a small, collaborative, and high-performing unit that values both results and team cohesion.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership skills in team management and strategic campaign execution, gain deep expertise in full-funnel performance marketing, and have the opportunity to influence executive communication and tooling strategies that scale impact across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing paid media (search, display, social) at an agency or in-house
- • 2+ years of experience managing a small team
- • Deep familiarity with digital marketing metrics including MQL, CW, CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV, ROAS, and Payback
- • Intermediate experience with SQL and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- • Proven ability to derive actionable insights from performance data and create compelling narratives from data
- • Relentlessly resourceful mindset with a track record of driving results in fast-paced environments
