📋 Description

• Oversee the development and delivery of client proposals for commercial operations and analytics projects within the life sciences sector, ensuring methodological rigor, alignment with client objectives, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing data-driven commercialization strategies, including go-to-market planning, territory design, and customer segmentation for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Utilize coding skills to automate, enhance, and optimize reporting workflows, data pipelines, and analytical processes that support client decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Deploy proprietary and third-party technology platforms to manage, organize, and report on medical and commercial data, enabling clients to improve forecasting accuracy and customer engagement.
• Drive client engagement by translating complex analytical insights into actionable business recommendations that directly impact commercial performance and patient outcomes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, client needs, and internal capabilities to expand Beghou’s service offerings and client portfolio.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts and consultants, providing guidance on analytical techniques, project execution, and professional growth within the commercial operations and analytics practice.
• Collaborate with internal practice leads and technology teams to integrate advanced analytics, including artificial intelligence tools, into client solutions for improved predictive modeling and insight generation.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and industry-specific regulations when handling sensitive health care and commercial data across all client engagements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Beghou’s analytical frameworks, templates, and delivery methodologies to maintain high-quality service standards across global offices.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of technology solutions for data management, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and client workshops to promote best practices in commercial analytics and operational optimization within the life sciences industry.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies used in commercial operations analytics, including CRM systems, forecasting platforms, and AI-driven customer insight tools.
• Support the firm’s mission by aligning all client deliverables with the goal of improving patient outcomes through strategic, data-informed commercialization.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial operations, analytics, or strategy within the life sciences industry
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and automation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members in analytical and consulting environments
• Experience developing and delivering client proposals with clear methodology, timelines, and budget constraints
• Strong understanding of life sciences commercialization processes, including market access, sales force effectiveness, and customer data management
• Experience deploying or working with proprietary or third-party analytics platforms for forecasting, territory design, or medical data reporting
