- • As an Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will own end-to-end hiring outcomes and drive the quality of how the company hires, directly impacting its mission to build superior application platforms globally.
- • You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles—from intake to close—by building pipelines from scratch using direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach, while driving hiring decisions with clear signals and removing process delays.
- • You will work within a densely talented, highly motivated team in a flat organization that values hands-on contribution, engineering and product excellence, and initiative over titles.
- • You will have the opportunity to redesign interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to raise the hiring bar, improve recruitment process speed and quality, and build employer presence through candidate experience and messaging.

- • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
- • Proven track record of closing roles in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong sourcing ability—capable of generating pipelines without relying on inbound applications
- • Good judgment in identifying strong candidates beyond resumes
- • Ability to manage multiple roles with speed and consistency
- • Willingness to challenge and improve existing hiring processes
- • Clear, direct communication with hiring managers and candidates
- • Comfort operating with ambiguity and high expectations
