- • As an Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will own end-to-end hiring outcomes and drive the quality of hiring across assigned roles, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building superior application platforms that create successful businesses and improve societal efficiency.
- • You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake to close — by building talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach, driving hiring decisions with clear signals, removing process delays, and redesigning interview tools to raise the hiring bar.
- • You will join a densely talented, highly motivated team at Bjak, which operates with a very flat structure, values hands-on contribution, and is focused on engineering and product excellence while expanding into AI-integrated applications serving over 8 million users across Southeast Asia.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic talent acquisition, process optimization, and employer branding, gaining the ability to influence hiring quality and speed at scale while enjoying high autonomy and real responsibility in a fast-growth environment.

- • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
- • Proven track record of closing roles in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong sourcing ability — capable of generating pipelines without relying on inbound applications
- • Good judgment — skilled at identifying strong candidates beyond resumes
- • Ability to manage multiple roles with speed and consistency
- • Willingness to challenge and improve existing hiring processes
- • Clear, direct communication with hiring managers and candidates
- • Comfort operating with ambiguity and high expectations
