  • • The Associate Measurement Lead at Kantar Group Limited plays a critical role in helping advertisers succeed on Reddit’s media platform by designing, executing, and delivering high-impact brand lift studies that measure the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns. This role bridges data-driven insights with strategic recommendations, enabling clients to optimize their marketing efforts based on measurable outcomes.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading kick-off calls with clients and internal teams to align on study objectives, designing and launching brand lift surveys tailored to Reddit’s advertising environment, managing end-to-end study execution, conducting rigorous data analysis using statistical methods, identifying trends and insights, drafting comprehensive final reports, and presenting findings and actionable recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • • The Associate Measurement Lead ensures the accuracy and reliability of all research deliverables by performing quality checks throughout the study lifecycle, adhering strictly to project timelines, and collaborating closely with sales, ad measurement, and analytics teams to maintain high standards of work and timely delivery.
  • • This role requires proactive problem-solving and critical thinking to anticipate challenges, improve existing processes, and address issues before they impact timelines or quality, fostering continuous improvement in measurement practices.
  • • The position emphasizes building deep expertise in Reddit’s advertising capabilities and understanding the nuances of various advertiser verticals (such as retail, tech, entertainment, and CPG) to provide contextually relevant insights that resonate with client business goals.
  • • The Associate Measurement Lead will develop strong client-facing communication skills, learning how to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions, while gaining hands-on experience in experimental design, survey methodology, and media effectiveness measurement.
  • • Working within Kantar’s global insights organization, the role offers exposure to cutting-edge research methodologies and a collaborative, inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives, enabling professional growth in advertising research, client consulting, and data storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of advertising research or measurement experience with foundational knowledge of experimentation and basic statistical methods (e.g., significance testing, confidence intervals).
  • • 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles with a proven track record in digital advertising research, ad tech, market research agencies, media owners, brands, or advertising agencies.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to act as a data-driven storyteller who presents insights clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • Exceptional attention to detail, process orientation, and time management, with the ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines; prior project management experience is preferred.
  • • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, mathematics, social sciences, or a related field.
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with Salesforce is preferred, and willingness to learn proprietary data management and cross-tab tools is required.
