- • Intake and receive documents submitted to First American via mail or email for title clearance purposes
- • Sort incoming documents based on designated shipping locations to ensure proper routing
- • Ship processed documents to clients or recording offices in accordance with specific client requirements
- • Review all documents for accuracy and correct any errors or discrepancies before processing or shipment
- • Generate, run, and review internal and external reports related to order tracking and document status
- • Track computer-generated and manually entered orders through designated systems to maintain accurate records
- • Perform data entry and document handling tasks using computerized systems and applications
- • Maintain high standards of precision and timeliness when processing high volumes of orders
- • Apply common sense and problem-solving skills to resolve issues with documentation or delivery instructions
- • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to clarify document needs or resolve processing delays
- • Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall order processing workflow
- • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client-specific requirements for document handling and recording
- • Collaborate with team members to meet daily processing targets and maintain workflow efficiency
- • Utilize MS Excel and other software tools to manage data, track orders, and generate reports
- • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive real estate and financial documents
- • Follow established protocols for document organization, storage, and retrieval

- • Participate in training sessions to learn new systems, procedures, or regulatory updates
