- • As an Associate Payroll & Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our finance operations, directly supporting the billing team in the accurate and timely processing of payroll and expenses for our global clientele. This position is instrumental in ensuring our clients can onboard professionals across more than 170 countries with ease and confidence.

- • Your primary responsibility will be to generate precise bills for G-P customers. This process is initiated by the submission of invoices from contractors and consultants, requiring meticulous verification and data entry to ensure accuracy.
- • You will actively monitor and track payment releases to contractors and consultants, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon payment terms and timelines. This involves diligent follow-up and reconciliation to maintain smooth financial operations.
- • The role extends to generating bills for a variety of G-P services, including Employer of Record (EOR) services, Advisory services, and other offerings. This requires a comprehensive understanding of our service portfolio and the associated billing structures.
- • You will provide essential support in processing expense and invoice reports. This includes a thorough review to ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations, safeguarding the company against potential risks.
- • Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of client information is paramount. You will be entrusted with sensitive data and are expected to uphold the highest standards of discretion and security to protect the company's reputation and client trust.
- • This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the billing and payment processes.
- • You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including account management and finance, to ensure seamless client experiences and efficient financial workflows.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes by identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and enhanced accuracy.
- • Assist in reconciling billing records and payment statuses, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately reflected in our systems.
- • Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis related to billing and payroll activities as needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience in expenses and billing, or a related finance/accounting role.
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of time-sensitive materials with excellent attention to detail.
- • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- • Experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
