  • • Own end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge GenAI products from whiteboard to production release, orchestrating work across engineering squads, UX designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure every sprint delivers measurable value.
  • • Act as the single point of accountability for sprint-level planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, translating high-level product vision into granular, testable user stories that engineers can execute against with minimal friction.
  • • Build and maintain a living roadmap that balances long-term GenAI innovation goals with short-term customer commitments, continuously re-prioritizing based on user feedback, market shifts, and technical constraints while keeping all parties aligned.
  • • Drive relentless risk identification and mitigation: surface dependencies early, negotiate trade-offs, and escalate blockers before they threaten release dates—turning ambiguity into clarity for both leadership and the delivery teams.
  • • Champion data-driven decision making by consolidating qualitative user interviews, quantitative usage analytics, and A/B experiment results into concise insights that inform backlog refinement and sprint objectives.
  • • Facilitate cross-functional design sprints and technical spikes, ensuring that prototypes validate assumptions quickly and that learnings feed directly into the next iteration without bureaucratic delay.
  • • Curate and evangelize best-in-class agile practices—Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, story point estimation, burndown tracking—while tailoring ceremonies to the unique cadence of AI/ML workflows where model training times and data availability can vary.
  • • Produce crisp, executive-ready status reports that translate technical progress into business impact, highlighting velocity trends, scope changes, quality metrics, and upcoming milestones for product directors and C-suite sponsors.
  • • Foster a psychologically safe, high-performance team culture by coaching engineers and designers on agile mindset, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement, celebrating wins and running blameless post-mortems when things go sideways.
  • • Establish and monitor KPIs that matter: sprint predictability, release frequency, defect escape rate, stakeholder NPS, and time-to-value for new GenAI features—using dashboards in Jira and Confluence to keep transparency high.
  • • Coordinate vendor and partner integrations, from GPU cloud providers to third-party LLM APIs, ensuring contracts, SLAs, and technical hand-offs are aligned with sprint timelines and budget constraints.
  • • Lead quarterly planning rituals that translate OKRs into sprint themes, capacity plans, and resource allocation, negotiating scope trade-offs with product managers while protecting team sustainability.
  • • Curate a centralized knowledge repository—architecture decision records, API specs, model cards, runbooks—so that onboarding new engineers takes days, not weeks, and tribal knowledge never walks out the door.
  • • Stay ahead of the GenAI curve: evaluate emerging frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector DBs), assess their fit within the product roadmap, and run proof-of-concepts that de-risk adoption for the broader engineering org.
  • • Serve as the voice of the customer inside the engineering pod, translating enterprise client pain points into actionable user stories and ensuring every release increment moves the needle on customer delight and revenue growth.
