📋 Description

• Serve as a key producer for Cup Heroes, a high-potential mobile game prototype, guiding its evolution into a market-ready title with scalable success.
• Define clear project scope, develop detailed production schedules, and align studio resources to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Drive daily production workflows using agile methodologies to ensure consistent progress, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain team velocity.
• Monitor project progress closely, proactively identify risks and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies to keep development on track.
• Champion the game’s vision and core player experience, ensuring all design, art, and engineering decisions align with the intended fun and engagement goals.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, collaborate with QA teams to prioritize bug fixes, and validate that gameplay meets premium quality standards.
• Provide actionable, data-informed feedback on gameplay mechanics, user interface, and player retention loops to enhance overall player satisfaction.
• Identify inefficiencies in the development pipeline and lead initiatives to refine workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and adopt industry best practices.
• Work directly with a senior, multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and analysts to make critical product decisions that impact millions of users.
• Balance creative ambition with operational discipline to deliver high-quality content on time while maintaining studio morale and momentum.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production standards across the internal studio by documenting processes and mentoring junior team members.
• Act as a bridge between creative vision and technical execution, translating high-level goals into clear, actionable tasks for development teams.
• Maintain a laser focus on creating a hit mobile game, prioritizing features and iterations that maximize engagement, retention, and monetization potential.
• Participate in regular cross-functional reviews to assess game performance metrics, player feedback, and market trends to inform future development.
• Ensure all production activities comply with Voodoo’s standards for speed, scalability, and user-centered design.
• Maintain clear and transparent communication of progress, challenges, and decisions to stakeholders across the organization.
• Remain adaptable in a fast-paced, prototype-driven environment where priorities can shift rapidly based on player data and market opportunities.

• Proven experience as a project manager in the video games, tech, or consulting industry
• Mastery of agile production processes and demonstrated ability to drive efficient, scalable development workflows
• Deep passion for mobile games and a strong track record of focusing on product excellence and player experience
