📋 Description

• • As an Associate Product Manager at Leap Tools Inc., you will play a key role in shaping the future of interior décor technology by owning specific product segments and features that empower customers to visualize products in their own spaces before purchase. Your work directly contributes to the company’s mission of building the world’s most advanced solutions for the interior décor industry, serving clients ranging from Fortune 500 retailers like Home Depot to local businesses across 80+ countries.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with customers, Customer Success, Sales, and the Product team to gather requirements and inform product strategy; draft clear product specifications and work closely with engineering to refine them for efficient development; champion user experience by advocating for customers and end-users; build technical fluency to discuss design decisions with engineers; coordinate full project lifecycles from concept to launch; and leverage data—including A/B testing and complex analyses—to drive informed product decisions.
