📋 Description

• • The Nutrition & Formulation Manager oversees a team of formulators and nutrition professionals responsible for delivering high-quality custom premixes and feed additive formulations for internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all formulation activities while leading capability development and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing a team of formulation and nutrition professionals; establishing performance expectations; supporting career progression; building technical and leadership capability; directing work prioritization and issue escalation; overseeing accurate and compliant formula and label execution; validating product specifications and manufacturing feasibility; ensuring timely customer communication; driving strategic alignment with Nutra Blend initiatives; partnering with sales, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams; guiding the use of formulation tools for cost optimization and rework reduction; and overseeing product setup and movement across facilities to ensure standardization and quality consistency.
