Sr. Product Manager, Customer Onboarding & Credit Applications

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Manager on the Guardrails & Growth Systems team at WEX Inc., you will own the end-to-end customer onboarding journey for corporate payments, including the digital credit application (DCA) platform, user interface, application flow, and data ingestion experience, playing a critical role in driving customer acquisition and retention.
• • Day to day, you will optimize onboarding UI/UX and field placement, partner with sales teams to improve conversion rates, translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering, drive automated decisioning to reduce manual reviews, manage Salesforce-driven workflows, lead credit portfolio initiatives like adjudication and credit line reassessment, design process automation solutions, identify AI-driven optimization opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally with risk, compliance, engineering, and operations, and monitor key metrics related to onboarding, conversion, and customer lifecycle performance.
• • The Guardrails & Growth Systems team enables secure, scalable growth across WEX by managing the digital credit application platform and ensuring risk, compliance, and fraud guardrails are in place, owning the end-to-end onboarding journey for corporate payments customers while supporting credit portfolio management for existing clients.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial services product management, gain hands-on experience with Salesforce automation and workflow configuration, strengthen stakeholder management across sales, risk, and engineering teams, develop skills in AI-driven process optimization, and lead impactful initiatives that directly influence customer acquisition, retention, and credit portfolio performance.
