- • As an Associate Product Manager for BloodHound Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in advancing a leading Attack Path Management solution that helps organizations defend against cyber threats by identifying and mitigating risks in Active Directory and Entra/Azure environments. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening enterprise security posture through product-led innovation in a high-impact cybersecurity domain.
- • You will support the execution of the product roadmap by translating strategic goals, customer insights, and cross-functional input into actionable priorities, ensuring that feature development aligns with both market needs and company objectives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to coordinate feature development, track progress, and ensure release readiness through clear communication, dependency management, and timely follow-ups across sprint cycles.
- • You will gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales, support, and market sources to identify trends, validate assumptions, and uncover opportunities for product improvement, feeding insights back into the product lifecycle to enhance usability and market fit.
- • You will assist in crafting product messaging, internal enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies by collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent positioning and effective adoption of new features.
- • You will write and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation, ensuring clarity and traceability for engineering teams while upholding standards for quality and compliance in a regulated technology landscape.

- • You will build proficiency in data-informed decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and agile product delivery—skills that are transferable and highly valued across technology industries—while receiving mentorship from seasoned product leaders.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, business analysis, SaaS, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts, cloud technologies, and/or SaaS products.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to support decision-making.
- • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.
