- • Own end-to-end delivery of growth-focused product initiatives, starting with scoped launches such as landing pages and compliance-driven features, expanding to larger initiatives as impact is demonstrated
- • Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys, identify friction points, and build a granular understanding of conversion funnels that drive user discovery, evaluation, and purchase of car insurance
- • Monitor and synthesize user feedback from app reviews, support channels, and research to generate actionable insights that inform product priorities
- • Lead bug triage and resolution in partnership with Engineering, ensuring quality issues are prioritized, tracked, and closed efficiently to maintain user trust and experience
- • Partner with Design and Engineering teams to ship high-quality user experiences that balance speed, clarity, and trust — with direct collaboration on features impacting millions of users
- • Contribute to A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experiment design, developing a rigorous experimental mindset to measure impact and optimize conversion rates
- • Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses, product requirements, and roadmap priorities grounded in quantitative and qualitative data
- • Coordinate daily execution with the China-based Engineering team, maintaining 3–4 hours of daily overlap during China business hours to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- • Develop deep product intuition by observing user behavior, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating on features based on real-world usage patterns
- • Communicate complex product decisions with precision to cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Analytics, and senior leadership, including the CEO
- • Maintain a data-driven approach to decision-making, forming and pressure-testing hypotheses using quantitative analysis to guide product investment
- • Operate effectively in ambiguity, moving with speed and rigor to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-stakes startup environment with high visibility to executives
- • Build strong customer empathy by thinking in user emotions and mental models, not just metrics, to shape product experiences that resonate at scale
- • Actively contribute to the growth team’s strategy by identifying new opportunities to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention funnels
- • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure product initiatives align with broader business goals and regulatory requirements
- • Take ownership of product outcomes, moving from recommendations to execution, and learning through direct impact on key business metrics
- • Contribute to a culture of innovation by bringing fresh perspectives to how AI-powered automation can simplify car ownership for millions of users
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations
- • Willingness to flex working hours to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
- • Exceptionally structured thinker with ability to break down complex problems and communicate with precision
- • Strong customer empathy and ability to think in user emotions and mental models, not just metrics
- • Data-driven mindset with comfort forming and pressure-testing hypotheses using quantitative analysis
- • Hunger to move from frameworks to owning and shipping product in a fast-paced environment
