- • Product Managers at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.
- • You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.
- • You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years in a product management role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products.
- • Genuine excitement for AI.
- • A builder mindset.
- • Appetite for the sales and insurance business.
- • Strong product execution.
- • The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds.
- • Experience influencing without full authority.
- • Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
- • Fluency in French and English.
