📋 Description

• As an Associate Product Manager, Growth at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the user journey for millions of customers seeking auto insurance and related services through Jerry’s AI-powered super app. Your work will directly impact conversion, retention, and user satisfaction by identifying friction points and driving data-informed product improvements.
• Day to day, you will conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys, monitor and synthesize user feedback from reviews and support, drive bug triage with engineering teams, and lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives such as landing pages and compliance features. You will also partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality experiences, contribute to A/B testing and funnel analysis, and coordinate with the China-based engineering team during overlapping hours.

• In this role, you will develop strong product and UX instincts, sharpen your data-driven decision-making, gain end-to-end product ownership experience, and build expertise in growth experimentation and cross-functional collaboration — accelerating your career in a high-impact, mission-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations
• Exceptionally structured thinker with ability to break down complex problems and communicate with precision
• Strong customer empathy and ability to think in user emotions and mental models
• Data-driven mindset with comfort forming and pressure-testing hypotheses using quantitative analysis
• Willingness to flex working hours to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
• Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are a plus but not required
