- • As an Associate Project Manager at CreatorIQ, you will play a key role in driving successful delivery of customer-facing and internal initiatives across Customer Experience and Managed Services teams, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and internal stakeholders.
- • You will manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects, partner with cross-functional teams to define scope and timelines, act as a central point of ownership for project plans and documentation, support client-facing projects by aligning expectations and communication, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.

- • You will develop strong project management skills in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment, gain experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Operations teams, and build expertise in stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, and process improvement while contributing to scalable customer experience initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar client-facing role
- • Comfort working in a customer-adjacent environment (e.g., customer success, managed services, agency, or professional services)
- • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple teams and projects
- • Clear, confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- • Familiarity with project management tools and best practices in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
