  • • As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high levels of engagement with our clients, providing an elevated level of service that drives satisfaction and loyalty.   • • You will work closely with Senior and Principal Project Managers, gaining valuable mentorship and guidance as you learn to own the delivery of assigned projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
  • • Key responsibilities include managing, monitoring, and controlling assigned project deliverables. This involves meticulously reviewing project scope in conjunction with scheduling, resource allocation, communication strategies, and change management processes, all with the support of experienced senior team members. You will be instrumental in ensuring that projects adhere to timelines and budgets.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be to monitor and control project progress diligently. This includes proactively identifying potential deviations from the plan and utilizing change management procedures and escalation paths to the Principal Project Manager and/or the Project Management Office when necessary. Your vigilance will be crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, safeguarding client satisfaction and company resources.
  • • You will be responsible for developing, managing, controlling, and maintaining comprehensive project reporting and documentation. This includes creating status reports, tracking key performance indicators, documenting project milestones, and ensuring all project-related information is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to stakeholders.
  • • A vital part of your role will involve interacting and working collaboratively with internal staff across various departments, as well as with potential external service providers. Building and nurturing strong, positive relationships with all clients is paramount. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring clear communication and a positive client experience throughout the project duration.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to foster strong internal and external relationships. A strong customer and team focus is essential, as you will be working within a collaborative environment and serving as a liaison between Cyara and its clients.
  • • You will demonstrate a strong sense of professionalism, diligence, and an exceptional eye for detail, consistently delivering work of the highest quality. Your ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, will be critical in conveying ideas and decisions clearly and concisely.
