- • As an Associate Recruiter at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will support end-to-end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles, playing a critical part in building a proactive AI chat app that brings intelligence to everyday workflows through reliable, long-running task completion and multi-step reasoning.
- • Day to day, you will source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach; screen resumes and conduct initial assessments; coordinate interviews and feedback; maintain accurate ATS records; and support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales.
- • You will join a small, high-bar team at A1, where technical recruiting is practiced with rigor and initiative is valued over hierarchy, working closely with experienced recruiters, engineers, and hiring managers in a flat structure that rewards execution and learning.
- • In this role, you will gain hands-on ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, develop expertise in technical hiring, and build a clear growth path toward becoming a Talent Partner, Recruiter, or specialist in technical hiring, all while contributing to candidate experience and employer branding in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
