- • As an Associate, Talent Acquisition, you will support end-to-end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles, playing a critical part in building high-quality technical teams.
- • You will support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support, while maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensuring process consistency.
- • You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers in a small, high-bar team focused on technical hiring, where initiative and execution are valued over titles.
- • You will learn technical recruiting from the ground up, gain hands-on ownership from day one, and develop a clear growth path into Talent Partner, Recruiter, or specialised technical hiring roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
