- • As an Associate Recruiter at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will support end-to-end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles, playing a key part in building a proactive AI chat app that brings intelligence to everyday conversations and workflows.
- • You will support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support, including sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach, screening resumes, conducting initial screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate ATS records, and supporting recruiting projects and process improvements.
- • You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers in a small, high-bar team focused on technical hiring for an innovative AI product, where initiative, execution, and learning are valued over titles.
- • You will gain hands-on experience in technical recruiting, develop skills in sourcing, screening, and coordination, and build a clear growth path into Talent Partner, Recruiter, or specialised technical hiring roles while contributing to candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
- • A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
