- • As an Associate, Talent Acquisition at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles in a hands-on, execution-focused position that ensures hiring moves smoothly and accurately.
- • You will source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach; screen resumes and conduct initial screens; coordinate interviews and feedback; maintain accurate ATS records; and support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales.
- • You will join a small, high-bar technical recruiting team at A1 (part of Bjak Sdn. Bhd.) that values initiative, execution, and learning over titles, working closely with experienced recruiters, engineers, and hiring managers.
- • You will gain foundational expertise in technical recruiting, develop hands-on ownership of hiring processes, and build a clear growth path toward roles such as Talent Partner, Recruiter, or specialised technical hiring specialist.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
